3 Things I Learned in 2022

This may be one of the shortest lists I've ever written for an end-of-year recap post, but nothing else really seemed that worthy or writing about. These three topics really define my past 12 months pretty perfectly. They've been the most eye opening, heart opening and boundary pushing 12 months I've experienced in a really long time.
