I'm an ENFJ

Understanding the why and how people work is one of my favorite topics to bring up in any conversation. I love trying to figure people out and discover what makes them tick. I was introduced to the Myers Briggs personality quiz about 6 or 7 years ago, but I decided that I wanted to retake recently and see if I got the same results! Human behavior can be influenced by countless things like your home environment, family, friends, even the culture that you grew up with. I'm an ENFJ personality, nicknamed "The Protagonist." In truth I agree with a lot (if not all) of the points and observations given in the description. I felt very understood; as if I was being interviewed by a stranger that was reading off a bunch of facts about myself that they couldn't have possibly known before. Whether it's a helpful tool to you or not, it never hurts to give it a try! Here are 10 points that I really connected with after I read my results.

1. ENFJ's are charismatic, full of passion, tolerant and natural born leaders.
2. ENFJ's also can be too sensitive with a fluctuating self esteem who struggle to make tough decisions.
3. ENFJ's are fearless when it comes to standing up and speaking out about something that needs to be said.
4. ENFJ's have an easy ability to understand people's motivations which allows them to take a lot of pride in helping others work towards goals for themselves and their communities.
5. ENFJ's tend to "absorb" other people's problems/short comings and mirror it as their problems.
6. ENFJ's in relationships don't need a lot to be happy and enjoy taking part in their partner's dreams. They also have a tendency to be overbearing or needy and will also avoid conflict or compromise their own principles in order to keep the peace amongst the relationship. 
7. ENFJ's don't have an issue with talking to all kinds of different people.
8. ENFJ's like to create a safe and welcoming environment in their own homes for others.
9. ENFJ's are big on helping out people in general.
10. ENFJ's vision is what helps them overcome many of life's challenges.
